DIY lighting studio

 I made my lighting studio box using white paper as the background, tracing paper  for the sides of the box and the lighting i used was an IPhone on either side to come through the paper.
The item I used to show the example of how it works , was with a Heineken bottle

Commercial Photography Research

I began to research commercial photography on Pinterest for inspiration for what i wanted to do for my assignment. I came across 3 graphic photography which really sparked my eye , which i will show and discuss with you down below.  This is the first image that really grabbed my attention, the reason of that is because of how clear and focused the image is plus the smoke in the background displaying whiskey on the rocks. The background is a dark  blue with the drink itself bringing out a spark or colour. Their target audience would more than likely be towards men because Whiskey is a male drink.   The second image which stood out to me was  this image of  this glass perfume bottle. The target audience would be all women as it uses pink to attract their attention. Practice/ experimenting

                            So this is one of the first images I took while experimenting with my product. For this i used two lights either side and just the flash on my iPhone.                           For this image, i then used A4 sheets of black felt for the background as i thought black would make the product stand out.
